At Crown Desert Tour, we are committed to providing a smooth, safe, and memorable desert safari experience for every guest. To ensure transparency and fairness, we kindly request that you review the following Terms & Conditions before confirming your booking.


1. General Policy

  1. All tours are subject to availability and operational conditions.
  2. Bookings are considered confirmed once you receive an official confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
  3. By confirming your booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking Details

  1. Please ensure all booking details such as pickup location, number of guests, and tour date are accurate.
  2. Any change requests after confirmation will be handled respectfully, but approval depends on availability.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Respectful but Strict)

We invest significant resources into each confirmed booking. Therefore, our cancellation policy is firm:

  1. Cancelling a confirmed booking will result in a 50% charge of the total tour price.
  2. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour or no-shows will result in 100% charges, as arrangements and vehicle allocations are already finalized.
  3. Refunds are not provided for late arrivals, missed pickups, or partially completed tours.

Guest-friendly relaxation:

  • Guests may request a reschedule at least 48 hours before the tour. We will do our best to accommodate, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

4. Payment Policy

  1. We accept cash payments and card payments.
  2. Card payments include an extra 10% tax/processing charge.
  3. To avoid additional fees, we recommend paying cash to the driver at pickup before the tour begins.
  4. Prices may vary depending on seasonal demand, holidays, or custom requests.

5. Changes by Crown Desert Tour

  1. In rare cases of weather issues, safety concerns, or operational adjustments, we may reschedule or modify timings.
  2. If the company must cancel the tour completely, guests may choose between a full refund or a free reschedule.

6. Pickup & Drop-Off Policy

  1. Guests must be ready at the assigned pickup location on time.
  2. Drivers may wait up to 10 minutes as a courtesy.
  3. If the guest is unreachable or not present, the tour will proceed, and the booking will be treated as a no-show with no refund.

7. Safety Guidelines

  1. All guests are requested to follow instructions given by drivers and camp staff for their safety.
  2. Certain activities may not be suitable for infants, pregnant women, or guests with serious medical conditions.
  3. Optional or adventure activities are done at the guest’s own risk.

8. Guest Conduct

  1. Respectful behavior is expected throughout the tour.
  2. Crown Desert Tour reserves the right to refuse service if a guest’s behavior poses safety or comfort concerns.

9. Personal Belongings

Crown Desert Tour is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items during the tour.


10. Liability Limitation

While we strive for smooth operations, delays caused by traffic, weather, or external circumstances are beyond our control.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the tour.


11. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
